in American History. The terminology
of music and art are very
similar; and I paint with
the same emotions on canvas
that jazz musician make with
their notes in a musical score.

the new “smooth
jazz” sound
of today’s
music as well
as traditional
jazz. This
painting has a
variety of shapes,
patterns, textures
and a balance
of warm and cool
colors. Visual
harmony is created
when these elements
are combined in
the composition.
